This Exchange Policy applies to eligible purchases made through savilogoods.com.
1. Exchange Window
You may request an eligible exchange within 30 days after receiving your order.
2. How to Request an Exchange
Contact:
before returning any product.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Requested replacement product or variation
- Photos where relevant
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an exchange is requested because you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please provide evidence of the issue.
After verification, we may arrange an exchange, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
4. Seller-Error Shipping Costs
If an exchange is required because of a verified error by Savilogoods, we will bear reasonable applicable return and replacement shipping costs where required.
5. Preference-Based Exchanges
If you request an exchange because of:
- Change of mind
- Preference change
- Incorrect variation selected by the customer
- Other non-defect reason
the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Replacement shipping costs may also apply.
6. Exchange Condition
For preference-based exchanges, returned products should generally be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Complete
- Returned with accessories
- Returned with original packaging where reasonably applicable
7. Product Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We cannot guarantee that a specific replacement product, size, color, model, or variation will remain available.
8. Unavailable Replacement
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:
- Another available replacement
- An alternative product
- A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
9. Price Differences
If an approved exchange involves a replacement product with a different price, any additional payment or refund will be communicated before completing the exchange.
